N2  - The "P6.6 Kada Araw na Hulog Para Sa Kalusugan Ng Pamilya Project" is a marketing strategy designed to increase Philhealth membership coverage of Puerto Princesa City Airport Tricycle Drivers and Operators Association (PPCAirTODA) using Philhealth's concept of P6.6 daily savings to be able to complete the required quarterly premium contributions of each member. The project introduced interventions that aim to capacotate TODA members in their savings mobilization, financial and organizational management skills. It also developed partnership with institutions both public and private in order to improve the TODA's access to the bank and to Philhealth's premium collection facilities. It also developed their linkages and networks to different government agencies and harnessed the support of the local government unit. Because of the applied interventions, the project was able to enroll all of the TODA members to Philhealth. Moreover, the project provides better understanding of the membership gaps being experienced by Philhealth in its journey of attaining its vision of "Bawat Pilipino miembro, bawat miembro protektado, kalusugan natin segurado" a statement of universal coverage, as well as better appreciation of strategies that helped provide solution to such gaps. Most importantly, it has further improved the image of Philhealth as a responsive social insurance agency of the government. The ReP engaged the City Government of Puerto Princesa, the Cooperative Bank of Palawan and the TODA as Philhealth's partners in ensuring a one hundred percent (100%) coverage of the Drivers and Operators in the National Health Insurance Program
