The current thrust of the government is provision of universal health care for all Filipinos and achievement of the Millennium Development Goal to improve health outcomes and attain good quality of life. This study is a qualitative-descriptive action plan and project aimed to develop and indicative framework towards safe water system in poblacion, Candoni, Negros Occidental in order to address the prevalence of water-borne diseases in the municipality and improve the health outcome. The status of the existing water system of the municipality is determined through document analysis and bacteriological examination of water sample from different sources. The prevalence of water-borne diseased is collated from the record of the municipal health office and correlated with the result of the water analysis and observation. The result of the inputs and process of the project will lead to the crafting of the water system framework. This framework will be presented to the local government of Candoni, Negros Occidental that will serve as a guide for their planning and installation of a safe water system.
