N2  - The municipality of Bacolod-Kalawi is a 3rd class municipality in the province of Lanao del sur, located in the Autonomous Region of Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) region. The health system for the past 10 years in managed by a Rural Health Midwife. Thus management strategies were observed to be poor which brings the creation of this study. This study aims to Improve Health Service Utilization of 4Ps Beneficiaries of ages 0-5 years old in the Municipality. Documents review and observation were used to assess the health service utilization status of 4Ps beneficiaries. After assessment was done, factors affecting the health service utilization status of 4Ps beneficiaries were identified through key informant interview and focused group discussion. Strategies were then identified and implemented. After implementation of the strategies from October 2013 to October 2014, the health service utilization of 4Ps beneficiaries 0-5 years old in Bacolod-Kalawi, Lanao del sur had significantly improved
