The drive towards attaining MDGs bring forth reforms to improve maternal health. In Aloran, Misamis Occidental, although it is observed that there have been zero maternal deaths for the past 10 years, existence of home based deliveries threatens this status quo. The aim of this study id to increase facility based deliveries through organizational reform. Document analysis, focused group discussions and key informant interviews were employed to determine barriers to facility based deliveries in the community. Out of this, strategies were formulated and packaged to create Easy Health Access Program of Aloran, Misamis Occidental. Data from the previous year and the study period was compared. It shows that there is an increase in the number of facility based deliveries due to the implementation of Easy Health Access Program.
