<br/><br/> Development of Land Acquisition and Distribution (LAD) Protocol on the Transformation of Problematic Landholdings to Workable Landholdings through Knowledge Management System Framework, is Knowledge Management (KM) initiatives of Department of Agrarian Reform Camarines Sur I Provincial Office, which aims to provide an office protocol that addresses the gaps in the transformation of problematic lands to workable towards increase in land distribution in the province.  The best practice brought by Knowledge Management tool using the SECI approach of the knowledge creation (Socialization, Externalization, Combination, and Internalization) were applied in the development of this project. Some activities identifies for the KM are Focal Group Discussion (FGD), Key Informant Interviews (KII), and One-on-one Interviews with DAR employees and other CARP stakeholders. This project clearly promotes inclusiveness among CARP key players, creating a community of sharing in resolving issues hampering the LAD distribution process of CARP.  To ensure the sustainability of this project, the scholar proposes to the management the institutionalization of KM practices in LAD processes, designate provincial KM officer, and provide incentives to employees practicing KM.  It is with a positive note that with this KM innovation, it will revolutionalize the day-to-day operations activities on Land Tenure Sector and of the DAR Camarines Sur I Provincial Office as a whole, with the goal to increase land distribution to our landless farmers. DAR Camarines Sur I is the first from among the entire bureaucracy of DAR to come up with this management innovation in addressing the vision of the government to finish land distribution by 2022.
