520 _aThe aftermath of Devolution did not resulted to satisfactory performance of Health System in the country. Due to lack of preparedness and institutional capacity of the Local Government Unit it resulted to breakdown in Health Systems and poor prioritization of health programs. Efforts for health reforms are thereby undertaken to resolve the negative effects of Devolution. In Tumauini, Isabela, the proposed integration of the Tumauini Community Hospital and Rural Health unit was in placed as cost cutting mechanism and to maximize human resources. Nevertheless, after a decade of contemplated integration process it was not fully realized and sustainability was questioned. It is in this light that the researcher studied the Sustainability of Integrating the Tumauini Community Hospital and Rural Health Unit through Public Private Partnership. The study discussed the current status of health system, the role of public private partnerships and the policies in order to sustain the Health System. The study limits its scope in the municipality of Tumauini, Isabela. Data were gathered through secondary sources and primary data through Document Review, Key Informant Interview, and Client Satisfaction Survey. Qualitative Research Mode and Descriptive and Exploratory Method were used in this study. Analysis and Findings reflect the need for reforms as the priority health programs were compromised. At the end of the study, Sustainability of Health System is being resolved through establishing partnership with private practitioners, safeguarded by the Philhealth enrollment on Indigent Clients. Long Term plan for sustainability entails the Corporatization of the Southern Isabela General Hospital, a DOH retained hospital and making Tumauini Community Hospital as its subsidiary, thereby leading to renationalization.
