520			_aThe study was conducted to determine the factors that affects the increasing teenage pregnancy and the demographic profile of the teenage mothers. The study aimed to decrease the increasing trend of teenage pregnancy in through effective health information education campaign Jagna, Bohol. The study employs the census survey of the Municipal Health Office, lectures, discussion, focus group discussion and interview of the respondents or participants during the conduction of the project. The findings reveal that effective or proper conduction of the project results to a decrease number of teenage pregnancy in the municipality. Teenage mothers were planning to pursue their studies and some were already enrolled back to their previous schools or their preferred school of studies. Teenage students became more focus with their studies according to their parents and teachers. The project does not focus to health information education alone but follow ups were done in all schools in the municipality of Jagna.
