520 _aThe DOH-ARMM RLEC has been inundated by the delay in submission of licensing documents of the health facilities. These are due to the factors from both the end used and the provider. The timely application and renewal of required documents is important to assess, validate and monitor the health facilities standard. This includes structure, staffing, equipment, and process/system. The establishment of an online licensing application in DOH ARMM as the capstone project is significant in shortening the process and make the team efficient in achieving the results it wants. The review on the 2017 licensing has shown delays in the transmission of documents both in government and private health facilities in island provinces. It showed that the transmission of said documents were affected by factors like time travel for instance. This project led for the creation of an RLEC corner which caters client needs during application and renewal. Policies, application forms, assessment tools and other requirements were programmed in the system which can be downloaded for an easy access. The project developed a functional design that highlights the salient features of the program which covers client registration, personal log-ins and includes application, evaluation and inspection. This also detailed the course of action of the character and entailed routes and options. The design is ready for coding and integration in the system. The results showed the viability of an online application and renewal of licenses. Results suggests that the program shall provide for an efficient way to transmit and review documents to prevent delay.
