The Re-Entry Project (ReP) aims to address the awareness level of the target group by enhancing the ALAGA KA IEC activity adapting the regional and cultural differences through the following strategies: 1. Develop an awareness survey tool with feedback mechanism that will determine the socio-demographic profile of the members with 20 multiple choice questions regarding PhilHealth's programs and services and its feedback mechanism. 2. Administration of the awareness survey is conducted into two phases with a pre and post awareness survey at each phase. The results are encoded into an Excel-based report system that consolidated all survey results which are analyzed based on the demographics, disposition and knowledge level of members. 3. Design or enhance the ALAGA KA IEC presentation that will address identified weal topic areas and tailored to the profile of indigents using appropriate language, style, and content that the target audience can easily relate to and understand.
