Summary: This Re-entry Project (ReP) entitled "Management System for Inspection Observations on the Transmission Facilities in the Philippines" was intended to provide the National Transmission Corporation (TransCo), specifically its inspection team, a system for managing the observations that will enable TransCo to monitor the observations until such observed defects or problems in the transmission facilities are addressed by its concessionaire, the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines. This report discusses how the project was implemented by the scholar and the members of the ReP Team. This report also presents the results of the project implementation or the deliverables of the ReP which are: (a) the criteria for the categorization of the inspecion observations; (b) the criteria for setting the timeline of compliance; (c) the inspection procedures, forms and notices; (d) a software/program for monitoring the inspection observations; (e) a case study to demonstrate how the management system works; and (f) an evidence of approval of the project. Through this ReP, the scholar demonstrated his leadership abilities on planning, organizing and monitoring a project which he learned from the Development Academy of the Philippines - Public Management Development Program.
