Despite the different health programs being implemented with the goal to improve health services. still there is an increase in the incidence of respiratory morbidity and mortality. Thus, this Action Plan and Project is intended to improve the knowledge and skills of the health human resource in order to deliver effective and efficient health services. Moreover, this paper aimed to increase the level of knowledge, attitude, and practices of community health personnel on proper use of nebulizer. A lecture- demo was employed in this project. Pre-test and post-test using self-administered questionnaire were done to assert if there difference in the level of knowledge, attitude, and practices of community health personnel before and after the adaptation of guidelines. Hence, this action plan and project has been successful in improving the level of knowledge, attitude, and practices of the community health personnel on the proper use of nebulizer. This gain a new height in the landscape of local health system for this will ensure efficient and effective delivery of health services.
