Increase the number of facility based deliveries is the primary goal of the implementation of the municipal ordinance. In order to sustain the quantity of pregnant women giving birth in the lying in, the focus should not only be on set rules and regulations but other factors must be explored. Monitoring and Evaluation of the project will determine the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability and impact towards the achievement of our goal. In this case, achieving a 100% Facility Based delivery is very promising provided with a good policy implementation, accredited facility, trained and adequate human resource and responsive community.
