The successful realization of this objective will help achieve the organizational outcome of promoting public accountability, improving the efficiency and economy of government operations and effectiveness of government programs in order to contribute good governance, which will ultimately redound to improved economy and enhanced trust in the government. The Project Team successfully implemented a comprehensive and customer-centric case monitoring system where the Auditors and the Auditees are be able to store relevant data regarding the audit suspension, disallowances and charges. The development and implementation of the case monitoring system has achieved two significamt milestones: (1) the Commission was able to leverage the existing technological advancement, at no additional cost, thereby fulfilling its role as the guardian of public fund and enabler of its Auditees; and (2) the Auditees are empowered by allowing them access the monitoring system in the most effective, efficient and economical way.
