Document review, surveys and focused group discussions was conducted in to get to the right perspective. Through FGDs with the different stakeholders, interventions were then proposed and implemented that targeted the identified barriers on the initial survey. As a result of the interventions there was a noted sharp increase in the FBD performance of the municipality and a sharp decline in home deliveries.
